To do so, a clear and equitable recruitment and payment system has been established for the group’s different companies. The system is constantly reviewed to ensure it is adapted to changing staff requirements.

This personnel policy focuses on the importance of preventing accidents in the workplace, and the need for all staff members to comply with the group’s quality and environmental policies.

Personnel are recruited and selected based on procedures that guarantee objectivity at all times and ensure the confidentiality of the candidates.

Furthermore, it is important to note that Grupo Puentes has established a series of collaboration agreements with universities, vocational training centres and business schools, which promote the integration of young people without work experience.

Training is one of the key aspects for professional development. As a result, a training plan is established each year, which focuses on different areas, such as administrative management, safety, quality and the environment, or production.
