The remarkable service and customer care building in the Logistical Activities Area (ZAL) in Campo de Gibraltar, in the area of Fresno (Algeciras), has been ranked as of vital importance for the area development, due to its strategic profile in the Trans-European transport network.

The building comprises two circular towers, of six and four floors respectively. The foundations are based on piles, in precast concrete, grid slab 40 + 10 and curtain wall for outer covering.

Execution period: 18 months.
